So I'm new to the whole competitive thing, and yes I have read the guides on how to build teams, but I'd still like some personalized input. Overall there is a lot to take in and I doubt my ability to form a perfect team just after reading some guides, so I would appreciate some feedback on my current team that I'm using.

Heres what I need to know:
~Are any of these pokemon bad to use.
~Is the overall type synergy fine.
~Which pokemon should I replace, and with what.
~How should the IVs be distributed ideally for these.
~What moves should I be using on these pokemon.
~What are good item choices for these pokemon.
~Would mega evolving any of these pokemon help.

Note: I know the IVs are bad, I'm breeding for better now.
Any advice you want to give that's not on this list is also welcome, I need all the help I can get.

P.S. Please don't just tell me what to do without at least briefly explaining the purpose for it, I'm trying to learn from all this, so all the information you can provide is appreciated. Thanks in advance to everyone that ends up posting here to help me.

Mega Evolution, Primal Reversion, etc. always helps because it increases base stat totals from 600 to 680. For whatever reason, Hoopa Unbound has the 680 stat total too, so changing its form may be a good idea. I'm not good at battles myself and I'm not sure what purpose Hoopa Confined serves on your team, so maybe you have a reason for using Psychic/Ghost over Psychic/Dark.

The IVs on all your Pokemon are quite low. Really, the only "dump stat" for any Pokemon is whatever attack it isn't using (physical or special). For its other 5 stats, the higher the better. Overall, each Pokemon probably needs a minimum IV total of ~140ish — I'd guesstimate that as about the lowest you can go and have any hope of being able to successfully challenge, say, the Battle Subway.

I'm not as good as other folks at team synergy, so I won't venture a guess on whether your species are good choices. But what you really want to do is pick the species, then hatch dozens or hundreds to find one with outstanding IVs.

I know they're low, trying to breed higher ones already, but I'm finding IV breeding to be extremely harder oh GPX than normal pokemon games, due to the fact that I have multiple eggs to pick from. Any tips on GPX breeding specifically would help. Currently working on Ferroseed breeding.

Also trying to get a Ditto from explorations, though I'm not sure if I need a high IV ditto or not for ditto breeding.

Well I wasn't sure if I was allowed to just mega evolve everything and put them all on a team, though there might be a mechanic here only allowing me one per team or something. Don't really know anything about primal reversion, but I'll work on getting Hoopa unconfined. As for how I'm using him currently, he's tanking psychic type moves aimed at my Kommo-o, and then chasing them away with ghost type moves, or assisting any other fighting type I may choose to use.

Unfortunately, IVs are pretty much completely random. You can use vitamins to boost a Pokemon's IVs, but they're rare and you can only use a total of 6 vitamins per Pokemon.

Yea vitamins aren't really going to get me to where I need to be IV wise. Thanks for the advice though.
