As long as they get exp, they get EVs. EXP Share gives EVs as well. And they don't get divided in half like EXP does, either.

It shouldn't take you more than 2 hours to EV train a Pokemon if you really tried. Not all that time-consuming. In most cases, it'll barely break 1 hour.

More than two hours? It takes me that long if I'm side-tracked. When I'm not side-tracked, it only takes me about 30-45 minutes.
