I've seen the store, but where do you get thunderstones? I need one to evolve my pokemon.

If it's not there, you're gonna' have to wait till the Shop restocks. That's 6:00 server time, I believe. Either that, or you can buy a Secret Key (which costs a lot) or whatever to the Backroom, where there should be some.
