Anyone play the Soul Games? I play Soul Calibur II and III only, I'd like to play Soul Edge/Blade and Soulcalibur too. My favorite character is Ivy, I rock with her. But there is one thing I cannot do as of now:

I HATE NIGHT TERROR. I CANNOT BEAT HIM WITH ANY CHARACTER, INCLUDING THE ONES THAT USE SOUL CALIBUR ITSELF.

I've played and completed all of them, including the original arcade version. My favourite character is Raphael.

I own 2 on GCN and 3 on PS2, of course. I unlocked everything (absolutely everything, at least IIRC) on 2, where as I got bored getting all the character creation items and such on 3, although I got most of them IIRC.

I still say the best one is the original console adaptation on Dreamcast, based off the arcade. It's still one of the finest fighting games ever made.

I can't wait for IV to come out. Siegfreid's costume looks awesome. Hopefully Rock and Lizardman get cut. I hate them.

I have and used to own at two and am still pretty good, and I've played III. My favorite character is Kilik, Nightmare/Siegfried, and Yunsung

I'm an avid Soul fan and I've played the games since Soul Edge. My favorite character is Cassandra with Talim following close behind.

I'm excited for IV, but one thing that I hate about it is that it's on PS3 and 360 only, neither of which I have any plans of getting any time soon. There also aren't any arcades around here since they took the one out of the mall, so I'm pretty much out of luck unless I decide to get my license and a job, which will take at least a year because half a year would be spent with permit time. It just isn't going to work, basically >_>

The Soul Calibur series are the only fighting games I have and will play. I've played Soul Calibur 2 and 3. The second...I've completed everything 100%, and my favorite character is Yoshimistu. He is then followed by Xiungha (Or however you spell it. >_>), and Cassandra, cause' they're both really adorable. XD The Arcade mode is quite balanced (If a tad too easy.), and VS mode is incredible. My older brother and I have spent hours playing against each other.

Soul Calibur 3...I have to say it simply sucks. They ruined just about every character, added some terrible characters (Tira=Stupid Sonia-esque tramp.), and the controls are miserable. When I played it with my best friend, we simply spent our time creating characters and trying to use them in battle, which was basically the only thing we found amusing. Like Generic Man #1 VS Generic Man #2, which were both really cannon-fodder-looking spearman recolours!

I doubt that I'll be getting Soul Calibur 4. I ain't spending 400-600 dollars for a 360 or PS3, and I really need to purchase a Wii to play Kirby's Adventure/FE10/Mysims.

3 was the best. The alternate endings were great (I know they were in Edge/Blade, but still), Ivy became the best broken bitch ever (sadly so was Xianghua), Siegfreid's Soulcalibur was kickass, and Setsuka joined the fray. Setsuka is my bitch. I really hope she's back in IV.
