Talk about all Final Fantasies here.

I own FFIV for Game Boy Advance, but I really want FFVII and FFVIII. What ones do you all own? What are your favorites? Favorite Characters?

My favorite character is Cloud, followed by Cecil and Sephiroth.

Final Fantasy is the epitome of overratedness. The first six were really good, but when the series hit 3D is started going downhill. I do, though, LOVE FFX and X-2 (no matter how crappy the latter is), and Lulu is my girlfriend. Or one of the many. And Rikku and Paine, too.

Oh, and XII is good, too. Fran's the shit. I like her raspy voice, too XD

My favourite of all time is definitely Tactics. So fucking amazing. After that, I'm going to have to go with... hmm... hard to say after that. The only FF games that I've finished are Tactics, TA, 1, 4, 7. In the others I'm at the point where it's just final side-quests before the last boss, which, I try to do all of them, but lose interest, so never end up finishing them. XD Also my fourth disc of FF9, since I got it second-hand, is scratched, so unfortunately I can't beat it. ;___;

EDIT: oya, and I LOATHE Fran's voice. XP

I've got every single game released. No really, I have... all of them in their original format, as well as the now-rare Playstation remakes of the first six (excluding III of course, which was never done, but which I have on Famicom anyway).

I think of all of them, my favourites are VIII and Tactics.

I have all the same as what you posted except without Tactics Advance.

My favourite is probably VIII or X.

So sad that someone so purdy like Fran had to get such a voice, eh? But seriously, she's hawt. >.>

I have Dawn of souls FF1 and FF2 FF3 and FF7 and FF10 they're all good games no favorite character though.

I have these games:
I, II, III, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, and XII.
I started with VII and at the time I wasn't aware of how popular it really is. I played it when I was in 6th grade and it was my favorite game for a long time. I think now it is outdated just like Ocarina of Time. There is so much better stuff out now.

I have Final fantasy 8 and 9, kingdom hearts 2 and final fantasy 3 on ds. I had kindom hearts on gba too but I didn't really like it...

My favorite by far is final fantasy 8 closely followed by final fantasy 3 which I'm playing now.

I've never completed a final fantast game though ,it figures I'm stuck on ff8 at the part where I have to enter the ship-thing of the second sorceress(the one that was released from the space prison) and then on kingdom hearts 2 I'm stuck at the part where I need to kill about 100 shadows things in 1 minute(Fighting the guy with the guitar)

I never got stuck on final fantasy 9 though but when I got to the third disk the game froze and wouldn't play anymore

But I've high hopes for beating final fantasy 3, I just fought Hier(the skeleton) and he was sooooo easy it's unbelievable, I had a harder time beating the salamander...

As for my favorite final fantasy character ever? It's between Rikku and Quistis....but Quistis wins it by a little bit

Edit: Oh I forgot, I have final fantasy tactics for gba too, it's really good

I love final fantasy, so cheesy and farfetched, but oh so cool! I only has a weak little collection of 3(ds) 7,8,9,10. I also has the Advent Children film, but I haven't watched it yet.

FF7 has the best music by far if you ask me and I found it the most fun. All those daft mini-games and mini-quests with the dodgy blocky graphics are just cool. I also liked the startling amount of graphic violence too. FF8 however was also fantastic, but in different ways. It looked nicer, had a slightly more realistic plot, it's far more challenging and the characters are more beleivable. I got so sucked into it one night, I played it for like 5 hours and didn't once get bored. Watching the conversations and cutscenes is like watching a movie, with really awesome actors.
FF9 was kinda cute, although a wee bit on the childish side, even for me. Great music and funny looking characters though. Also, the bomb on FF9 is the cutest most adorable bomb out of all of them. (Bomb also happens to be my fav character, even though he's a monster and you can't play as him XD)
Now FFX I was a bit disappointed in. It's all a bit... ugh. Ya know. It was kinda fun and looked really nice but the storyline confused me sometimes and I kept getting totally lost with all them mana spheres and such. As for the cloister of trials, they drove me so bonkers that I had to wear a wig afterwards, as I'd pulled all my hair out trying to work out which glyph goes where to open up which passage way.

What does we think about FF3 on the DS? Cute, no?
