According to https://gpx.plus/help/battle-tower/139 all first-stage Pokemon should have a base stat total of 300, middle evolutions a base stat total of 450, and fully evolved Pokemon a base stat total scaled to 600. However, each of the Alolan starters (Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio's lines) have base stat totals of 320, 420 and 530 for their first, middle, and last stages of evolution respectively. Shouldn't these base stat totals be scaled from the Pokemon Sun and Moon values to fit GPX's stat scheme?
