[Toogee]

Starting now, capture and evolution requests may be posted here. All you need to include is:

Type of Request: Capture or Evolution?

1. The name of pokemon
2. Link to profile
3. Link to the RP (if any)
4. Where you plan on capturing (specific city and environment)
5. How will you catch it? (Keep it brief)
6. Link to Current Level post (to check levels)
7. Other (this is where you would request special moves not learned at a particular level. Additional info may be put here as well)

Evolutions use the same form. Replace "capture" with "evolve". ALso, level-up evolutions DO NOT need mod permission.

If you prefer privacy, you may still PM the mods.

Please Note: The term "Capture" is used generically for any way to acquisition a pokemon that is new to your team. So the rules for a capture also apply to trades, gifts, thefts, and self-capturing pokemon.

Another thing: Your capture can be the average level of your party. Also, you round up with decimals, so 13.5 will be interpreted as 14.

4. Where you plan on capturing: Probably in the river banks next to Kyogre's Maw.
5. How will you catch it?: After being sent into a mission to capture Water typed for the new rookies Andrew takes a boat ride to the right location. There he acomplishes his mission, gets in a fight against a Magma member and goes back to the base. When he hands out the Pokemon to the elite grunt the Totodile comes out of the Pokeball and the grunt decides that Andrew should keep it and to consider the Totodile the "reward" of the mission.

7. Other: If allowed, this Totodile will know Aqua Jet, the new HGSS egg move and it'll be captured at level 8.

Your average pokemon level is 7, so I will approve a level 7 totodile with Aqua Jet.

RP caught in: Codename: River Capture
Capture location: Near the riverbanks near Kyogre's Maw
Capture details: While Andrew and Loyal are capturing Pokemon for their mission, they notice that a certain spot in the river is deviod of Pokemon - save for a highly territorial Corphish. After a tough battle (those pincers are rather sharp, after all) they capture it and, with the rest of their loot, take it back to base. Like Andrew's Totodile, the corphish will be given to Loyal as a reward of sorts for his contribution.
Current levels: Right over here.
Other: The Corphish will be level 8 and will know Bubble and Harden, if allowed.

I don't know about shadow ball. Most pokemon don't learn it till around level 30. You can get a second opinion if you'd like.

5. Houndour and Murkrow battle it out. After two embers Murkrow attempts to escape, but I throw a Pokeball at it. Murkrow used a Peck, and Pursuit while battling Houndour.

7. No special moves. Murkrow at level 5, with Peck, Pursuit, and Astonish.

Hi

2. Here's Daniel's profile.

4. Daniel meets up with his old babysitter, Helena, who gives him his old PokeNav back. He broke the PokeNav in a past RP while crossing the river around Noverus and Helena somehow retrieved and fixed it for him. The PokeNav suddenly acts weird, being actually possessed by a Rotom.

5. Daniel checks out his malfuctioning PokeNav, discovers the Rotom inside and battles it with King and Queen. He manages to capture it after several Ultra Balls (he's rich so he has a lot of these around), although the Rotom prefers to remain inside the device.

6. Progress tracking for Daniel.

7. The Rotom would know Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, Thundershock, and Astonish.

I am approving this, but with a few caveats:

He may not learn or exhibit the ability to possess other appliances other than his "home" PokeNav until he is 30 or higher.

I was going to deny this strictly based on the ultra balls, but you said it would take "several", which prompts me to allow it. Please make sure the battle is a good one.

Is it possible the PokeNav that he is getting back is an older one he'd broke as a child? If not, I will need to know how Helena found the PokeNav and knew Daniel was coming so that she could have it to give to him.

Rotom is not legendary, and is only rare in the game (much like eevee used to be, and there's three of those in my RP alone). I like the aspect of him/it hiding in a broken PokeNav.

5. Near the end of the RP, Luna will engage in battle with the Magma Grunt that has been talking to her grandmother. She will win the battle, but the poor Poochyena is injured. The Grunt blames it for his loss and leaves it on it's own. Luna picks up the poor Poochyena and takes it back to the Pokemon Center and ends up befriending the Bite Pokemon and capturing it.
