The mobile version of the site has a higher drop rate. Just continue clicking there or moving around the site (like refreshing to get some eggs in the Shelter), and you will get an item!
 If you are searching for an Exploration Item, there's also Search Power in the Pass Power section of the Shop! Getting the highest one will increase the chances of getting it! Furthermore, there's also a permanent Account Upgrade (Itemfinder) that you can purchase too, this time with points!
