For me, I'm 16 IRL (really close to 17, however.)

My history with the Pokémon series is an odd one to say the least. At first I never wanted to try it until my friend gave me their Emerald cartridge. I had no idea what I was doing and they had to help me through it. I don't remember much from that other then being on Route 115 and using a Master Ball on a Pelipper. Everyone yelled at me and I was really confused. Luckily, my friend had a Game Shark and could add another Master Ball in.
