Yep! You make a request like any other move. In this case, specify the type you want. I'm pretty sure that any Pokemon can learn it, save Ditto, Magikarp, and the like. All of Scott's Pokemon currently qualify, sans restriction.

This could be awesome. I have no idea if I'll actually be using Hidden Power, though. Two of my team members already have a fairly long list of TM moves they need to learn, which may override any usage of Hidden Power. Giving my Vulpix an electric attack does seem like loads of fun though......

If an RP has only had 17 posts in it [A Purloining In Petropolis] and it seems that all members have been inactive for quite a period of time and the thread doesn't look like progressing are you allowed to abandon it as it does not officially have the minimum of 20 posts required for RP Grading?

Yes, you are allowed. In fact, I plan on doing just that myself . I would inform your group either through PM or discussion board post, just in case. Since you're not the last person to post, you could RP your character leaving the group.

Okay, I've sent an email to the three other members of the RP to notify them of the current situation. Is it optional to post again in the thread [Leaving post]? Also since my character obtained a Magby and Elekid via trade of a Blitzle in the thread and I'd previously added them to Seb's Profile + Current Levels does he keep these despite the thread not being finished? Am I allowed to create a new OOC thread rallying for people to join me in a new RP thread right now or do I have to wait until APIP is archived?

They're at kind of high levels, but since they're locked away in a high-security PC Roxxy doesn't remember the password to, she really has no way of getting to them. It would just be for the sake of adding to her backstory.

Knowing nothing else about the character, I really can't say. As long as there aren't massive type jumps (he was a teenager and now he's 50.), you should be OK. Perhaps an explanation as to why he would be hanging out with a bunch of teens and twenty-somethings.

I've been planning on reworking my second character's profile (Royce Strife) for quite some time now with some relatively drastic changes and I'm unsure on a couple things. I'll provide a list of what I'm planning to change to make this simpler:

• His appearance would be tweaked a bit. Nothing too drastic here, probably an hairstyle change and some updated wording on a couple parts.
• His personality would see some changes too, mostly on the way he interacts with other people while also making him a bit more jovial. Maaaybe I'll make it beefier too but I've never been able to write huge paragraphs anyways.
• His biography would have the biggest changes character-wise, obviously. The general idea would remain, with him running away from home to join the army and such, but he'd instead be joining up with a research team and would end up hunting down legendaries for research (not in a bad sense, mind you) rather than for profit.
• On his starters, I'd like to remove his Cyndaquil entirely and keep only the Blitze. I'm willing to forfeit the four levels I've placed on the Cyndaquil.
• His levels came from a single fanfic contest in which he also won a shiny. I'm willing to forfeit both of those altogether, if necessary.

That's a rough list of the changes I have in mind. Would such thing be possible after running it through a mod? Or should I make a profile from scratch even though the basic character is still the same (name, age, the biography's roots, etc)? I should mention that he's been in one RP that just died out without being graded. He didn't achieve much in this RP, just walked around and talked to a couple people without making any significant progress.

As for the cyndaquil, can Royce trade it for another pokemon? That way, he keeps the levels and gets whatever pokemon he wants.
