Okay to put it bluntly I am not allowed on the site, at least my ip is not. I am not on my normal computer which helps, but i am not allowed on the forums or gps site. Why?

were you using an automatic refresher? There was another topic made recently about that. Using refreshers may get your IP banned.

Zerk, will we get IP banned just by refreshing alot, like with Shelter stalking?

The IP banning is only done manually by us and we only do it when the server is lagging a lot and there's a suspected DDoS attack. Some regular people just get caught in the crossfire by being impatient and constantly refreshing the page trying to get it to load.
