Maturity in Hatched Pokemon?, I'm confused |

Alright. -sniff- Okay, I've got a Castform and a Froslass, obviously. Each always needs 10.000 to get the next level. Normal, I thought. My spheal always needs 10.599 for every level. Different for every species, makes sense. These are all set and havent changed.
But my Swinub? Every times it gains a level, the amount of maturity it needs for the next level goes up. Is that suppose to happen? Do some pokemon need more and more maturity to gain levels and others are set, or is my computer just not showing the other numbers rise?  Also, discuss how close your pokemon are to leveling/hatching...? -------------------- [Can you see past what lies on the horizon?] ----------------> ::  :: <----------------If you please.
