Appearance: Phoebe reaches to five feet five inches, which is about a bit above average for women. She has a small, but muscular frame, weighing about one hundred ten pounds. Phoebe's straight light brown hair falls just past her shoulders. Her hair shines even in the dark. When she is travelling, she puts it into a tight bun that sits on the back of her head or a loose pony tail that falls naturally. Her hair always looks beautiful, even without much maintenance and showering. Phoebe's emerald green eyes are her most alluring feature. Phoebe's skin is lightly tanned and muscularly toned from her exercises under the sun. Phoebe isn't known as a curvy woman, but her small curves are proportional to her body.

Phoebe has the typical young girl kind of fashion. She loves wearing tank tops and small gym shorts. Her small shorts reveal two lightly tanned muscular legs. Her tank tops and shorts come in a variety of different colors, but her signature look is a white tank top with navy blue shorts. In a cooler climate, she wears t-shirts and sweatpants. In the very cold, she wears a winter jacket lined with fur over many shirts and a pair of jeans over a pair of pajamas to keep warm. The girl's type of footwear consists of a pair of navy blue low top sneakers or a pair of low calf hiking boots. Phoebe's pet peeve is heels, she will never wear them ever. Phoebe isn't a fan of overloading jewelry. She never wears earrings or rings. Phoebe has been noted for her perfect feminine stroll when she walks.

Personality: Phoebe is naturally a sweet girl with manners, posture, and a sweet voice. She isn't too funny, but she can take a joke. She is a really good storyteller. She is responsible and respectful, and never lounges around. She is always active. She doesn't really care if someone picks on her and she is too afraid to stand up for herself. But if someone picks on her pokemon, she will turn into a rage. She gets really upset if someone does anything to her pokemon.

Phoebe lives to train and battle pokemon. It is her priority in life. Phoebe gets up early to go for a run, usually about five kilometers, which she can run in twenty minutes on an average day. Then she conditions herself a bit, doing push-ups, sit-ups and sprints. Then she wakes up her pokemon, and does conditioning with her pokemon separately, to make sure each is getting the maximum strength out of it.

When Phoebe is happy, which is most of the time, she wears a bright shining smile on her face. She speaks a bit loud and is a bit hyper active. She can't sit still. When Phoebe is sad, she is quiet, and just wants to be left alone. She spends a lot of time thinking when she is sad. She thinks about strategies and she thinks about home.

Phoebe gets a bit tense during battles. She doesn't get nervous per say, but a bit worried if she is losing. She always believes that her pokemon are prepared as can be for battles. If she loses a battle, she either thinks its her fault, employing the wrong strategy, or calling for the wrong moves, or that her opponent's were easily stronger and better than her.

Biography: Phoebe's parents were renowned pokemon trainers in their teenage year, to grow up to be fisherman. They met in Slaeport City while battling each other, and they decided they would retire there after their career. After a couple years of working on the docks, Phoebe's father decided to make his own trading company. Headquartered in Slateport City, it originally started transporting granite found in Granite Cave near Dewfod Town in exchange for medicine sold in Slateport. Her father's localized shipping lanes and small fleets led to low maintenance costs and a lower risk rate. He made serious money owning this company. Soon his company expanded to all of Hoenn, and then again into Johto/Kanto. Soon after, his company assembled large fleets and were on every corner of the globe, transporting people to pokemon, granite to coal, computes to cars. Phoebe's father is seriously rich due to his efforts and owns a large mansion overlooking the coast near Slateport City.

Phoebe was born sixteen years ago, being the only child of her family. She was immediately being spoiled with toys and clothes. Of the baby pictures she has, she was a really cute baby. She could read and write from an early age, well before attending school thanks to her parents' babysitters.

At the age of three was her first interaction with pokemon. Her father, a big fan of water pokemon, would let Phoebe swim with his unaggressive pokemon in the backyard's in ground swimming pool. Phoebe started a friendship with her father's Buizel and Vaporeon. Phoebe also showed her athletic ability, being able to swim well for a three year old. Her parents were surprised that she liked pokemon and sports and didn't like playing dress up or with dolls.

At the age of five, she started school. She attended a private school and even at the age of five, they were assigned a tough workload, even homework. She wasn't even close to being the smartest pupil, but she held her own without studying. She enjoyed playing with the teacher's Persian at recess. She would feed it. She earned a lot of respect from the teacher by being so responsible and respectful at an early age.

Over the years, Phoebe was found roaming around Slateport City on her bike, beating the boys in four square, lounging around the beach, sneaking onto his father's boats and going fishing in the sea, and hanging around the fan club to see exotic pokemon species. She is often at soccer practice, surfing on the waves, or throwing a frisbee on the beach. Her father would often tell her games don't get you anywhere in life, only hard work.

At the age of ten, Phoebe was successfully granted her pokemon license, and was given a Mudkip by her father. She started packing up to leave on her journey, like most kids do at this age, but was stopped by her father. Her father insisted she finish her elementary education, for it was more important. Phoebe was mad at her father for a couple of months, but eventually let it die.

The next couple of years were the loneliest she ever faced. Most of her friends already left, travelling around the region, having a good time. She was stuck at school, which was almost empty, doing arithmetic problems and talking about literature. During this time, she really focused on her music. She learned and later mastered the guitar, and her singing voice, while not legendary, was certainly enough for people to enjoy hearing. Out of school, she would ride her bike to the beach out into the wild, and train her Mudkip against the wild pokemon. Over the years it evolved into a Marshtomp, and eventually a Swampert.

After completing eighth grade, Phoebe was allowed to venture off into the heart of Hoenn and participate in the Pokemon League. Bearing a Swampert before even starting, collecting the first few gym badges wasn't challenging. At night, in front of a roasting fire, she would write and perform songs, with her pokemon dancing to the groove. She trained her pokemon vigorously, which they were up for.

Eventually, Phoebe earned her 8th badge, qualifying for the Ever Grande Conference. Her party going in included Swampert, Exploud, Manectric, Roselia, Pinsir, and Torkoal. She easily beat her preliminary round opponents with Swampert simply overpowering his opponents. In the Qualifying Rounds, she used Manectric and Pinsir to out-speed their opponents and easily advancing into the Final Rounds. However, her pokemon were showing signs of tiredness.

Phoebe was satisfied with herself for just reaching the Final Rounds. She decided that over the past couple of days, she was pushing her pokemon too hard, and vowed to change it. The morning before her battle against a kid from Sinnoh, instead of hard training, she gave her pokemon the morning off. Against the kid from Sinnoh, her pokemon were very loose, and it worked in her advantage. She narrowly beat him, with Swampert pulling through at the end to knock out three pokemon to win.

Sad to say, in the Round of 16, Phoebe lost to eventual Ever Grande Conference Champion by a lot. His pokemon simply overpowered hers. Phoebe was satisfied with herself. She returned home over the next couple of days. Upon return, her father gave her a Squirtle, from a recent adventure to Kanto. She met up with friends during her stay at home. She was given an egg, to hatch into a Torchic a month later. She decided that her next move was to go to Furoh. She hopped on one of her father's trade ships heading to Barley, leaving all her pokemon at home under the care of her mother, except for the Squirtle and Torchic.

Personality:
Squirtle is obediant to the core and loves training. She will do anything Phoebe says to her best ability. Squirtle motivates the other members of Phoebe's party. However, Squirtle has a sense of humor, and pulls small pranks on the other pokemon.

Personality:
Torchic is more aggressive than Squirtle, and a much more ferocious battler. Torchic doesn't like to train as much as Squirtle does, but realizes if he doesn't, he won't be able to battle. If Torchic isn't training or battling, he is either sleeping or eating.
