Your team is hugely weak to Stealth Rock. Salamence is also uber. Your team is also extremely weak to dragons. I would get rid of Salamence and Charizard for sure and keep one of the following: Dragonite, Flygon, Kingdra. There is absolutely no reason at all to be using more than one of those on the same team.

If you keep Kingdra, give it a better set. Kingdra doesn't work as a special attacker at all unless you give it Rain Dance and Swift Swim and much better moves. Why Flash Cannon? Why Bubblebeam and Octazooka?

If you keep Flygon, give it a Choice Scarf. Revenge sweepers are almost a necessity now.

Dragons was probably a bad idea to go with since I rarely ran into an ice user (More over hit water fighters). Bad enough I tried to evade uber (though I see it like a dragonite alternative). The char I could change up for something else, maybe a bulky water (like Swampert). For the Salamence I might need a Nido just for a change up.

Before I do decide on picking which one to change up I better explain a bit since I know I might need to explin the others.

For the Kingdra, I wanted to try and change up the idea of using a different idea besides physical and thought a special would be a better surprise. The two water moves were a bit of a coin flip between aim drop or speed drop. Though I probably be better off with Surf than either. Also, the Sniper was since I don't got a rain dancer/Drizzle pokemon. Also the Flash cannon was for the twist.

For Flygon I didn't want to try and have to be suck on a single move. I will admit that I might not enjoy using items that hurt the mon you're using but I'd go lifeorb over the choice items. I might get hammered for it later but I'm not going to try and get caught in on move if I can help it.
