Kicked out in first round: 15 Prize points Kicked out in second round: 30 Prize points Kicked out in third round: Legendary Voucher Plus + Dark/Light Stone Kicked out in semifinals: Sh. Voucher Plus + Dark/Light Stone Third and fourth place: Sh. Legendary Voucher Plus + Dark/Light Stone Winner and second place: Arceus + Dark/Light Stone --- Congratulations to the winning kite of the contest! What a close poll that was, huh?  Final poll thread is here Nick told me prizes will be handed out on Thursday. --- All threads for voting are located here! Voting has now begun! Here's how it's gonna go down: First round: 5 threads of ~33; top 16 of each thread will move on Second round: 4 threads of 20; top 9 of each thread will move on Third round: 3 threads of 12; top 4 of each thread will move on Fourth round: 2 threads of 6; top 2 of each thread will move on Fifth and final round: top 4 face off During the first and second rounds you can vote for 5 kites per thread. During the third round you can vote for 2 kites per thread. During the fourth and fifth rounds, you can only vote for one kite per thread. Please remember to not reveal which entry is yours until you have lost a round. There is absolutely no going around and asking for votes. And stay civil, please! --- Submissions are now closed. Thank you for your entries! You know what we haven't had in a long time? An art contest. So, let's change that! We'll be having a kite decorating contest! Just take the provided template, decorate it using some kind of art program (be it software or browser-based), and submit your finished product! After we have gone through all of the submissions the entries will be voted upon and everybody will receive prizes based on how many rounds of voting they made it past. Please keep in mind to not disclose which entry is yours until the contest is over (or if you do not make it past a round of voting). Do not beg for votes, as doing so will disqualify you and you will receive no prizes. If you see somebody asking for votes, please contact me or Zerxer about it.  ^ This is the template you will be using. You will still have time to work on your kite while submissions are being taken. There are some rules though, so please make sure to keep them in mind while you are making your kite:

Is there going to be any submission/participant cap or...? I think I remember something like that last time, or maybe this was about a dress-up contest. Can't quite remember.
