I have a few guesses
  - Drowzee - Hypno - Ninetales I think it's Drowzee though  It can't be Hypno, for lack of fuzz around collar I have a feeling Ninetales would be... more 'epic' looking xD And, by process of elimination, we have Drowzee!!  ...Oww, big words hurt my head in summer
