Shouldn't the 3 egg limit prevent this from happening? |

So I had three summoned eggs in my party, one of them was summoned by someone else and the other two were summoned by me. I ended up finding one of the new novelty eggs in the shelter. Not that I'm complaining by any means, but shouldn't I not be able to see those eggs with those 3 summoned eggs in my party thanks to the 3 eggs limit?

The Magikarp don't count towards your summoning limit.

I will point out that the only thing that makes that limit related to summons is that it's the only limit out of the three that applies when summoning. It very much also applies in other situations as well, so calling it the summoning limit is misleading at best.
So based on what happened and what you said, I'm being lead to believe that the new Magikarps both don't count towards the 3 eggs in party limit and they are not affected by it? If so, is there any particular reason why these in particular have been given an exception? -------------------- All my stuff is viewable by everyone on my public page. It's just because of how many there are. I guess I just meant to say limit, not necessarily summoning limit.
