Miltank or Blissey? Which of the two makes a better Pokemon in terms of all things Pokemon? State your case!

The egg pokemon trolls me every time I encounter one. Miltank only trolls me with Whitney. +1 Blissey
Although Miltank's all around ok, Blissey's got the Sp. Defense to cause some chaos (not to mention Seismic Toss). +1 Blissey Look: ........Blissey. +1 Blissey Memorability: Miltank's memorable for, well, Whitney. Blissey....isn't VERY memorable, unless trolling counts. +1 Miltank Evolution: Miltank has none; Blissey's are a pain to evolve. +1 Miltank Final Tally: Miltank: 2; Blissey: 3; So Blissey. --------------------   |
