I'm not sure if this is the right place to say such things since I'm still getting use to the forum.

Yesterday I hatched a female Rufflet which we all knows is impossible since they're all males. I took a few screen shots since I'm 150% sure this is a some sort glitch or bug. I have since then boxed the female Rufflet so I can use the party slot for eggs for the shiny hunt, I still kinda hope I can keep it as female tho.

Quite a few people have gotten females, you won't have yours taken away.

I'm incredibly jealous of everyone who has managed to get themselves a female. ;-;

Glad to hear I can keep her and hear that I'm not the only one getting female Rufflets.

Thank you for answering.

Edit: Is now a male I guess it was too much to hope that I would have been allowed to keep it as a female.

Yeah on occasion male/female only pokemon will turn up as their opposite gender. Hatched a Female Zombidofo months ago and have kept it since.

EDIT: Just looked at her, now she's male...

welp... (tosses into shelter)

Here is a thing that's here but also in the games:
Azurill is 25% male and 75% female opposed to marill and Azumarill's 50% male and 50% female
That's why some Azurills in fact change sex when they evolve!

While that is indeed true, this topic is/was referring to a definite glitch concerning monogender Pokemon somehow ending up the opposite gender. Since the glitch has since been fixed, this topic no longer serves much of a point so I'll be closing it.
