I have no idea how to evolve an Eevee into a pretty Sylveon. What item do I need for this?

No item, max out Eevee's happiness then have it and a fairy type in your party and you'll be able to evolve it into Sylveon. For future reference, you can look up evolutions in your Pokedex so long as you already have the dex info of the Pokemon you're evolving from.
