It allows you to buy certain items that are not in rotation in the prize shop. This includes a set of vouchers and the dreidel currently. Otherwise it has all the same perks as the other pluses.

Right now it's pretty much the Dreidel, the multiplier and the Mega Stone, which is enough honestly. We'll probably see some better stuff in the future but for now most the vouchers aren't worth the 30 PP, no.
