Courtesy of Icicle, Pokii and Wymsy, we've now updated the site to use shiny Pokemon icons wherever those images are used (online list, PC, Interactions tab, as well as party sig images and such).

Also, several other Pokemon have new icons, such as Bidofo and two of the three Castform forms, yup yup. (<-- blackice did those)

Since I got rid of all my Castform a while ago, I can't say how I feel about those, but I bet they'd be awesome. And now I won't accidentally abandon Bidofo anymore!

Loving the new shiny icons, though is the Hail form icon not done for castform? I noticed the only 2 of my 4 castforms had their icons change, and the one that didn't is the Hail one.

Well, errors are inevitable... Discovered a few already. Thought I'd point them out...

1. Pokii True Form's updated PC Sprite was messed up a bit- it was "copied" a pixel left, making it looking oddly thick (It's Shiny PC Sprite is normal, though.)
2. Weavile's Shiny PC Sprite has the same problem as Pokii True Form. It has an oddly thick right edge.
3. Shiny Shinx's Shiny PC Sprite is in it's second frame, for whatever reason. Minor, but eh.
4. Unown A's Shiny PC Sprite strangely displays a Shiny Unown E. Unown E's Shiny PC Sprite is fine, however.
5. MissingNo. Ghost Form's Shiny PC Sprite is completely transparent for whatever reason.
6. Bidofo and Zombidofo's PC Sprites, both regular and shiny, have an odd transparent Sheild.

And this one isn't really an error, but... Both the Regular Versions and the Shiny Versions of Castform's forms are the same colors, in the actual games. Only it's normal form actually has a Shiny Sprite. However, the sprites you designated for the Shiny PC Icons of Castform's forms on GPX+ are just regular Castform (in other words, they are the same as they would have been before this update). Seeing as the three forms' Shiny PC Sprites would be the same as their non-Shiny ones, and you have two the non-shiny ones, you should put them in those spots, I think. Since the Snowy Form PC Sprite is gone, that would stay the same, though (unless you wanted to use Normal Castform's Shiny PC Sprite and put it in that spot).
...I barely understood what I just said right there. Damn Castform, all confusing.

Awesome addition! One thing though. It would be nice if you could give female Hippopotas and Hippowdon their own icons to match their colors. I know they're not different formes like Castform or different Pokemon like Bidofo, but I would really appreciate that small change so I could tell the difference just by looking at them, since they're the only Pokemon who have such a drastic change between genders.

Just thought you should know. I've been seeing a glitch with shiny Winter Ninetales sprite.


{Third row, inbetween shiny mamowsine and shiny ninetales}

It's showing up like that. It was inbetween the two topics, so I assumed it was because it wasn't perfect, or something.
Then when this topic was up I checked it again and it was fine, now that I check it now it's like that again.
I don't know whether it's just me or not, but I ctrl+f5'd it, and it didn't change.

Right now, no canon (Very Rare and below) Pokemon with official alternate form(e)s are showing up from my public PC boxes. This includes all formes of Giratina, Rotom, Burmy, Wormadam, and Gastrodon (possibly Shellos, but I don't have any in that stage). I'm also unable to see Sky Forme Shaymin, Castform's Weather Formes, and my Unown. Oddly I can see Cherrim's Sunny and Normal Formes just fine.

ETA: If I use the PC tab in the public http://gpxplus.net/user/The+Ghost+of+Starscream#pc they all appear fine; the exception is Castform's Hail Forme, which appears as Normal.

this will probably never be read so..

The icons used seems to have to dark colors
the official ones all use one certain pallete, thats the reason why bulbasaur has the same color on the leaves as the body
these just use the colors on the battle sprite. which is sad as they dont fit at all
same goes for many novelty sprites

Edit: @Akina: Oh, and the shiny PC sprites might look "too" shiny because the official PC sprites don't use the same colours as the actual full-size official sprites (the PC sprites' colours are toned down a little bit, making them less bright). On the other hand, these new shiny PC sprites do use the same colours as the full-size shiny ones, so they're brighter than they probably should be.

Only Sunny and Rain rain forms have been placed. It states clearly in the first post two of the three forms have been implemented.

It's not just the shiny shaymin or giratina sprites that are broken. The regular ones are as well. The same goes for the Unowns, the ones I own seem to have their images broken (I have 12)

Edit: Forgot to mention Deoxys is as well. The pattern I see is Pokemon with alrernate forms have broken images.
