I can barely see my screen because I've been drooling non-stop ever since I heard the news.
That said, there was also another page somewhere I got linked to that said that "Layton vs. Gyakuten Saiban is only planned for Japan right now", or something like that.  So uh, better spam the Capcom blog that was on, or something!!1

I REALLY need to get all the Pheonix Wright games soon, then all the Layton games, but first, Pokemon White.....

HOLY SHIT
I'm a HUGE fan of both Layton and Ace Attorney, but for some reason I hadn't heard of this until now! My two favourite "thinking" games with epic mysteries rolled into one! I was literally shaking and giddy with excitement as I watched this trailer! Oh god, so far if I had to pick one, I put take this over the Ocarina of Time remake of Kid Icarus: Uprising on the 3DS. -------------------- |

They want to kill me. This game will take sooo long to be translated to English. And also, they are putting CONTRADICTIONS into the puzzles. It was already hard for me to solve the puzzles WITHOUT the contradictions. Well, but IT DOESN'T MATTER! I'LL SEE NICK AND HERSHEL IN THE SAME GAME! *¬*

Actually, I knew of Ace Attorney and that all, but I hadn't taken the time to play it until now.
And it's fabulous. I must expand my 'vocabulary' now, and play more of the games. Oh, and the BigBad of this game is the "Storyteller", and I sure do hope he's not like Von Karma at all. ...Because I'm at that guy now. >.> -------------------- |

When I first saw this thread, I thought it meant you were supposed to pick, like some sort of poll. I'm wrong, and super happy to be. Too awesome...The two best DS games that require your head to explode before you progress...rolled up in one, that way you'll need a spare head for when the one on your shoulders explodes...TOO AWESOME. MUST. GET. 3DS. WILL. STUDY. TO. GET. HIGH. GRADES. AND. GET. A. 3DS. FOR. A. PRESENT. Study Powers, activate! This is gonna need serious grades to get, but omaigawd is it gonna be worth it! apparently it won't come out of Japan ]: hate you japan (its only happening because capcom said level 5 stole phoenix wrights "personality" and gave it to layton, capcom decided to get onto the great money maker that is professor layotn )i do love layton but i worry for this game now

OMG, when I first saw this trailer I fangasmed HARD. And was in a euphoric state for about two hours. xD But yeah, after seeing the trailer, I constantly think about this game every day. I REALLY hope they consider bringing it to the states because I REALLY want to play this. ;w; This is the sole reason why I want to get a 3DS.

That Trailer made me moist, I have been a huge Phoenix fan and an Medium Layton fan, I just wonder how they are going to pull this off game-play wise, and if it does come to America they better not screw up Maya's voice actor, she's my favorite character.
