-Level 100 Single Battle over P/D/D. I do not battle over PBR or Shoddy.
(Do be aware that the game can raise the level of your pokemon during a WiFi battle.)

-Register your team http://forums.gtsplus.net/index.php?showtopic=28246 and link to the post with your team when you challenge. Feel free to ask how to do so if you don't know how.
-Post your Friend Code when you challenge. Pointing to your signature is not posting your Friend Code. My Friend Code is at the top of the post, but you knew that already because you read the entire post, right?
-A challenge post must follow all the rules in one post to be accepted. If a challenge is denied, you must make a new post instead of editing the previous one, because I'm probably not going to look back at an old post.
-4 vs 4
-Species Clause
-Partial Item Clause
-No Ubers or Legends.
-No Evasion (that includes Brightpowder and Lax Incense)
-No Sleep moves (Rest and damaging moves with a sleep side-effect are allowed)
-No illegally hacked pokemon.
-Go http://forums.gtsplus.net/index.php?showtopic=4488 if you don't know what a term means.
-To prove that you have read the rules, your challenge post must contain the word "Cake" within a sentence (the sentence doesn't need to use the word in perfect context, it just can't be the word by itself). Rematch challengers are also required to do so; this word (as well as other parts of the rules) may change.
-A good place to find me would be http://www.gtsplus.net/irc (particularly the #gtsbattles channel). You must approach me for a match, either by catching me some time that I'm online, or by scheduling a specific time for the match. If you are completely, totally, and entirely unable to use some form of chat, you can try to PM me.
-If you post a challenge, I may not respond to it unless it's wrong or has a specific issue to address. Basically, if I don't respond to your challenge post within a day or so, your challenge is probably accepted and I'm just waiting on you to either find me or name a time.
-When naming a time, please be specific. "Sometime Saturday" is not an acceptable time window. Only be vague if you intend to narrow it down later. Also, mind your time zones: I am in the USA Central time zone, or GMT -6.
-If defeated or disqualified, you must wait five days before you can challenge me again. (Possibly longer for disqualifications.)
Serious rules violators will be banned from the gym for at least a week. (Ban duration will be based on the severity of the violation.)

A bit dumb I know, but what exactly is a species clause?
A sleep clause would mean something along the lines of rules about putting pokemon to sleep, wouldn't it?

I'm sorry, I guess I don't understand this whole 'clause' system. I'm trying to learn

- Sleep clause - you may not put more than one of your opponent's pokémon to sleep
- Partial item clause - you may only use up to two of each item
- Evasion clause - no evasion raising or accuracy lowering attacks may be used (Double Team, Minimize, Sand Attack, Flash, etc.)
- Species clause - you may only use one of each species (though more than one of a family is fair game - using Flareon and Leafeon or Bidoof and Bibarel is fine, for example

Nobody uses Bidoof.

Species clause here is also not limited to the multiple forms of Unown/Burmy/Wormadam/Deoxys (but since most Deoxys forms are uber class, you'd not be using 'em).

Castform (the type changer) or Kecleon
Lopunny (Fast and strong)
Regigigas (Wall and a tank rolled into One)
Smeargle (you can pull off ANY move combo)
Ditto (Just for Fun)

I choose eight Normal-types that I would all use on a regular basis in 4 vs 4 battles. I know exactly what I'm doing. This isn't my first time making a mono-normal team, and it won't be the last.

Ugh, I do not like that Tauros at all. >_> I made a lot of bad moves in that battle, like sending Starmie out against Tauros (I should've known that it'd be slower) and when I switched Gyara out for Salamence was really bad too, or else I could've probably knocked out Porygon-Z as well.

Maybe by next week I'll have like a Gengar or something. Or common sense... Good game though!

No, I'm afraid the dang thing is completely dead. My roommate might be coming back later today with an alternate WiFi device, but if not, I'm back to using our current router. It'll work, but it takes some jumping through hoops to get it to cooperate with the DS.

Let me give you a hint as to why you were shot down the first time.

If I don't warrant enough of your time and respect for you to do little things like hitting the Shift key to capitalize, or fully spelling out a three letter word, then you don't warrant enough of mine for a battle.

*sigh* I hate to do this, but I need to shut down Whitegleam for a while. Something seems to be wrong with my DS's WiFi thingamajig. I'll try to get it fixed as soon as I can, but until then...

EDIT: Okay, I'm cautiously reopening. The problems seems to have been more related to sketchy WiFi than with my DS, but I'm still a little nervous. I may have to shut back down if the problem resurfaces, but I'll be taking challenges for now since all the test battles went off without a hitch.

Fair warning to challengers: the problem caused me to randomly disconnect when it was happening, so don't flip out if it happens.

Darn no one is going to do Shoddy Challenges... well, it looks like I'll have to steal borrow my friends DS and use my game on his. UGH why do systems have to be so expensive!

We should just make Shoddy an official part of the leauge challenges cause it gets rid of the wifi problem. What no ones whining...

I know, which is why I said "just sayen". And I did read the part about the clauses, but there are certain gyms who allow moves like "Hypnosis" to be used, but only if it's used ONCE. (which is why I'm asking)

I also forgot the part where it said "4 v 4" so that pretty much takes care of the problem anyway.

It's all in good fun anyway maaayyyyyn. So chill out maaaayyyyyyn.

(sorry for the chatting CC) look man, each gym is diff, the only reason I'M giving out prizes, is because i had to breed so many of them to get the ones i want, so im trying to get rid of them! so PLEASE don't go saying some gym is better than another just because of the "prize" which i could take out anytime i wanted to. Secondly, CC is a much better trainer than i am anyways, so he'd give you a much more battle that is harder to win my friend, so again please dont say things like that (sorry for the chatting again CC)

Somewhat less impressive when you consider that they were two STAB, Super-effective Fighting-type moves, and that you wouldn't have even gotten off the second shot had it not been a priority move. Still, I suppose it's somewhat commendable that he survived Trample's opening salvo.

Also, for everyone, I'm gonna refanagle my rules to be a bit less specific on the "name a time" thing, since it's not quite netting me the result I wanted. What I really wanted was for people to make a challenge, then name a specific time when they're ready (or just come find me). What ended up happening was people paranoid that their challenge wouldn't be accepted at all if they didn't post a time. Let's see if I can't fix that a little.
