The way Pokérus is distributed has now been changed. Before, it would just infect ~10 random Pokémon every 12 hours, which was fine a long time ago when it was first implemented, but is now really useless and minor.
I won't say what changes have been made, just that the virus is now more potent and will start spreading more than it does now. For those who don't remember what Pokérus is, it's a Pokémon virus that will increase the amount of maturity a Pokémon gets when it's fed. When it's infected, it cannot be moved from your party; that means no boxing it, sending it to daycare/walker/underground, and no releasing it. It'll stay infected for 3 full days, and cured automatically sometime after its 3rd day. You can cure it yourself if you want by buying an antidote in the shop and choosing the 'Cure' option in its options drop-down. -------------------- Want a rotating avatar like mine? Maybe I'll get it on one of my Pokemon now, it'd certainly make leveling easier. Hooray for more infecting (well, when getting it is good, anyway..). Thanks, too. :D
