How to evolve Mime Jr.? |

I'm trying for the Eww achievement and so I hatched a Mime Jr. egg but now I can't figure out how to get it to evolve into Mr. Mime. I know in the games you have to teach it mimic and have it level up but I don't think in GPXPlus you can teach pokemon moves, can you? How do I evolve my Mime Jr. into a Mr. Mime? Any help is much appreciated!
