I haven't seen a topic exactly like this before, so apologies if it's a repeat!
Anyway, while catching up on the anime, I often find myself getting pretty frustrated with any of the characters (or sometimes just the writers, if the characters are unable to do anything) for not catching a Pokémon that would have fit really well with the team, or who liked them a lot, and other various reasons. Or maybe it was just a case where I personally adored the Pokémon and wished to see its personality developed with the crew. An example is the Riolu Hunter J had been after; I know he had to go and protect the kingdom, but man, it would have been beyond cool for Ash to have a Lucario! What do you guys think? Any cases where you've thought something similar? -------------------- |
