I completed the recent shiny hunt for hawlucha and received a temporary voucher for such. This morning I was advised to look into the carbink vouchers that had replaced it, but now find that I have no vouchers of any kind.
I can confirm that my hawkucha was associated with the shiny hunt, as the shiny recorder indicates that it was hatched as part of the september 2016 site-wide shiny hunt and hatched on the 29th of september. |

The goody bag is now under Misc Items. Open it from there and you'll get the vouchers and the extra items.
I was also confused until I looked carefully through my inventory

Winner's didn't get vouchers; they got a Jewel Goodie Bag. Initially it was unusable, but you can now access it from the Miscellaneous Items section of your Inventory.
