nao, I know that when you use Roost, for the rest of that turn the pokemon doesn't count as a flying type (no boltbeam weakness, ground hits, no rock weakness, etc.), but does anyone know if a levitator does it (Lati@s, Flygon, etc.) would they be hit by ground too?

No it doesn't. Levitate stays and you keep the immunity.
