Speed Reader and An All Night Thing. Now there's two achievements that will tan your hide. I'd like some advice on which explorations to embark in to complete them. No need for specifics but if anyone feels like posting them, spoil them please.

Now I cannot spoil any explorations or talk about any because it's against the rules, BUT i can tell you this.
You need to make sure you know many explorations, and their steps. For Speed reader, find an exploration that you think you will be able to finish quick, interactions, etc. The All Nighter exploration I completed a while back, my first attempt I was so close to realize it was the wrong time of day for a task, and that spoiled it, but later I completed it. Look at explorations and really commit to a plan. Make sure the time of day for specific tasks, have the items already on hand, it matters on timing. If you have any questions feel free to send a PM! -------------------- |

Now I cannot spoil any explorations or talk about any because it's against the rules Oops! Must have missed that part of the rules. I'll need to give them another look before I make another topic. I do know that timing can be crucial. I almost did An All Night Thing once but the last step in the last exploration was getting interactions and there weren't enough people around at the time to interact with. I imagine the same is even more needed with Speed Reader with its small time frame. Thank you for the help! |

I would recommend Incident in Yellow Forest to get Speed Reader. -------------------- |

A good way to figure out which explos to try for Speed Reader is to check the More Info button on the exploration and look at the record time of completion. If it's considerably under 3 hours, there's a good shot you can beat it even without a record time.

Make sure to avoid tasks you have no control over. Feeding tasks with specific berries are generally bad, egg hatching on non-multiplier days isn't a good idea either. Leveling, interacting and items (provided you have what you need or are able to use a purchase power for the regular shop) are the best tasks if you can click reasonably fast.
I think I did Speed Reader with the Bidofo exploration (didn't even try), and for An All Night Thing, I used the Ditto and weather trio ones (and something else I don't remember). -------------------- |

For An All Night Thing I did Sweet Success, Nature's Bounty, and A Journey Through Space and Time.

One thing I did for the All Nighter achievement was to "prep" an exploration the day before. I complete every step until the very last step where you actually confirm the completion. Once reset rolls around, I confirm the completion and that counts as finishing an exploration.
For example: In the Clone Starter exploration the last step is to pick an egg. Do not pick an egg and end the exploration until your reset rolls around. That way, you end 1 exploration right off the bat and have the rest of the day to just complete 2 (I think I picked Yellow Forest and the Sweet Honey explo). (DISCLAIMER: This was years ago. Mechanics for detecting achievements may have changed.) -------------------- |

I don't have either achievement but I don't think the mechanics for all night have changed as it has me marked as 1 of 3 for today and I unintentionally did what you did after reset this morning.

I don't remember which explorations I used to get those achievements, but I remember that one of them I used for All Nighter had a "randomly find the item" task. I timed that exploration so that I started that task and went to bed. Then, as soon as I logged on in the morning, the exploration item popped up.
