Yes, as long as they are in the same egg group, are opposite genders and aren't related.

Some Novelty Pokemon cannot breed, as they are part of the No Eggs group...there are only a certain number of Novelties that are breedable. Also, keep in mind that you won't get many novelty eggs if you are breeding a novelty with another novelty of opposite gender, same egg group, etc. because the normal, non-novelty Pokemon are more common to get.
