It's from gpxplus. On the options of one of your gpxplus pokemon, it's 'image codes & sharing'. You have a trainer card and other sprites of that pokemon and your party.

Of those 3? Virizion. In general? Probably Lugia, closely followed by Dratini/Dragonair.
