budew not evolving |

 Everyday I'm shuffling  Group: +Donors Posts: 95 Joined: 9-April 09 From: Texas Member No.: 9 661 The Graveyard

AS the title says, my budew will not evolve. =C I've raised it's happiness to 200 yet I do not get the option to evolve it.

A Budew can only evolve into Roselia in the daytime (6 AM to 6 PM, your time zone). Judging from your location, it's probably during the night (we have the same time zone!). Either you just have to wait or you can go to "Board Settings" and change it.
