Favorite is Terrakion, and I hate Swanna, though Swanna is one of my strongest Gen. 5 Pokemon...

I'm not 100% sure on my favourite - it always takes me a while to pick a favourite while playng.
As of now, I'd say either Hydreigon or Bisharp.

My least favourite would have to be Pansage/Panpour/Pansage - yes, all three. Vullaby/Mandibuzz comes in a close second.

I really like Joltik and Galvantula, though Zorua and Zoroark come in a close second.

As for least favourite, eh, I actually don't really 'dislike' any Pokemon that much to say I 'hate' them? Does that sound odd?

My favorite one would be Samurott, though Galvantula, Reshiram, and Sacred Beast Form Landorus comes in close second.

Haxorus, Kirikizan, and a couple others who's names escape me.

And for disliked pokemon? Every. Single. Legendary. Besides Zekrom. As well as a whole lot more pokemon, who are a bit too much to list.

My fav is Serperior{Epic Snakey,the Serperior that's why}Because back when he was a servine he BEAT burgh's leavanny and as Serperior BEAT Ghestis's Hyderigon.My least fav is woobat just because it's the descenant of zubat my least LEAST fav pokemon.My real REAL fav is skitty.

I like the Axew line But Vullaby and Mandibuzz.... Bleh.. plain ugly. Looks like they would be in a dark poisonous wasteland with ants slowly eating them.

My absolute FAVORITE Pokemon from the Generation V games would have to be Victini. That thing is so cute~!

As for one I downright hate? Most everything else, but Stunfisk takes the title. It's just... creepy. To the point where I don't even fight them, I just run away.

I adore Axew and it's evolutions, I loved it the moment I first saw it way back when. I love Victini too, so cute! x3

The only one in Gen 5 I really dislike is Trollfish Stunfisk. Ugh.

I like Emolga. Isso cute. I don't like Timburr, Gurdurr, Conkeldurr, Trubbish, Garbodor, Ducklett, Swanna, Vullaby and Mandibuzz though, they annoy me for some reason/ they're just plain ugly, seriously.

I think Amoonguss is a sorely underrated pokemon. And Stunfisk too.

Anyway, here are some of mine:
Whimsicott
Leavanny
Crustle
Amoonguss
Mandibuzz
Klingklang
Gavantula
Ferrothorn
Accelgor

To name a few.

Now, as for what I dislike... I don't really dislike any of them per se... But Yamask and Cofagrigus used to creep me out.
Emolga gets on my nerves when I'm searching for Audino. I disliked fighting against Conkeldurr, Krookodile, Darmanitan, Scolipede, Whimsicott,Eelectross, and ESPEICALLY Lilligent.

I love Victini, Vanillite, Reuniclus, and the Litwick line. I like a lot of Gen V Pokemon actually.

I guess I sorta dislike Vanillish and Vanilluxe? Vanillite is adorable, but its evolutions look kinda derpy. So does Garbodor. But I wouldn't say I hate them anymore.

My Gen V faves are Golett and Golurk, for they are both cute, awesome and made of total win.

I love so many of them. Whimsicott, Lilligant, Krookodile, Virizion, Keldeo, the Golett line, the Litwick line, Gothorita, Cubchoo, Sawsbuck, Reshiram, to name a few.

I don't dislike many of them, thay all grew on me. Even Vanillite and Trubbish. Emolga is a troll, though. :/

My personal favourite? Durant. These days I use mine as a physical backup (Hustle on something with a decent attack stat? Surely some mistake.), but I used to use him as an opener.

This allowed me to scream at the top of my lungs: "HIS NAME IS MISTER BUGGLES AND HE WANTS TO BE YOUR FRIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEND!"

There's a lot of pokemon in Gen V I love, but Purrloin and Sandile's evolution lines have to top my list.

As for what I don't like.. Timburr and her evolution line, Audino, and Darumaka and his evolution line just aren't my cup of tea. I'm just not a fan of their design.

I can't say I have an overall favorite. I do have a least favorite, and that's Stunfisk, it's type is okay, but otherwise it just creeps me out. I mean seriously, it's animation in battle is freaky! DON'T GIGGLE AT ME!

My favorite Pokemon from Unova are: Vanillish, (it's a cute ice cream cone), the Sandile line, (they look cool and are great fighters, especially with Moxie), and the Solosis line, (they remind me of Gummy bears) .

My least favorite is the Pidove line, they just all look bland, both male and female.
