Okay, this is getting on my nerves. Nearly everybody I know here gets this wrong.

Powerplaying: Your character is unrealistically powerful and doesn't die, doesn't feel pain, never gets sick/hunrgy/tired/thirsty, etc. [Unless the character is designed to be like that in a realistic sense.] You can figure this out because it means your character is playing powerfully. It's not that hard to figure it out if you know how to decipher stems from various words sich as Arachnophobia [If I spelled that right] consists of the stem words for arachnid and fear - which is why the term is used to describe somebody as being afraid of spiders.

Godmodding: You are controlling other characters without their creators' permissions, and are forcing them to do unreasonable things. It means you are modding[controlling] in a god-like manner. The same as above: it's not that hard to figure it out if you actually look at the word.

Godmodding has many different meanings in different contexts. If you are RPing as an individual character and have them basically unbeatable and able to kill anyone with the smallest attack, that is what is regarded as godmodding. I do loads of RPs as a nation on facebook (nations app) and the community there generally attributes godmodding to anyone that has a small army and has basically wiped out another larger nation.

Just because the popular vote says so, doesn't mean it's the original definition. I stand by my interpretation.

Just a question, what is the "status" part for? Is it like "Status: Alive" or "Status: Deceased"? Or is it something else, like married or divorced?

If you had to follow these rules from where I come from...
Everyone would be so happy.
If you wanted to know, I come from RES, which is a forum category on moshi monsters...
There are so many people that don't do HALF the stuff listed here...
And if you got a warn for every time they broke a rule from here, they would eventually be gone.

The people that: GodMod, PowerPlay, and Don't use grammar and Spelling, we call trolls, since they don't obey the rules and annoy us and interrupt our Roleplays.
