[Mukumuku]

This is an RP collaborated between Mukumuku and Connie. Please be courteous to other RPers, and try to read all these first bajillion posts concisely.

Many years ago when the world was young, everything was happy. Everything was always happy when it was a long time ago because things in the present are never happy and that is how it always works. People will always think they are unhappy at the present but the minute they return to the past things turn into ‘back when I was happy’. This story had already started with ‘it was happy back then’ so let us continue with this and debate later whether or not it is happy now as well.

The planet, which was and still is known as Preseodym, was always a nice world, a good world. It worked as any world should, with peace and harmony. The planet existed in a little known galaxy of beauty and grace; the sky was filled with stars that made so many pictures and designs they would never all be found. Patterns would dance across the night sky caused by gases falling into the atmosphere and creatures marvelled at the sight as it occurred. The world was a place of nature and of magic. It was primarily not an advanced world, at least not in the beginning, though like all places things began to change. Not slowly that was to be said, but it was accepted by magixs and norms alike. In fact, many saw the progression as them rising to the stars to fly in the lights that made their lives so beautiful.

It is unfortunate that people never seem to realise errors before they are made. So few are ever even comprehended in their entirety, and then they have to be corrected. In the case of this planet they were so far gone into mistakes that the wrongs could not become right. As is the case when technology progresses, more energy is required. Thus, to make more energy more things that make energy must be made or used. This means destroying land and resources, and not all resources are renewable; in fact, few are. As things keep moving, more and more resources are used until all but a few places are even inhabitable. The land was polluted and became something else, something so much less than the land it once was. But the sentient population refused to believe the wreckage was true, and continued on their typical ways, all the while further destroying and polluting the land they loved just so their precious technology could progress and continue to function. Being blind to the problem they continued and continued on until only one large city and a few smaller provinces remained.

Once mistakes are realised it is natural to try and correct them, and how they tried. But, alas, like most things sentients try to correct, their efforts had little effect and if anything made the situation worse. The last provinces turned to war with the great city Iridus. A foolish thing you might think, but when trapped it is common nature for creatures to lash out and attack. This is exactly what the provinces did. The war was not long, nor was it particularly impressive. Never the less it happened and it changed the world. Iridus, being the largest with the most technology, annihilated the remaining population with the use of nuclear plutonium weapons of mass destruction; they became part of the wasteland that was the rest of the world. The city of Iridus was sent into shock, many people could not believe what the Council had just done. The public hid and cowered from their very leaders. The Rhene was formed, a group of rebels who wanted the council gone and to find a way to save the world before it was too late for them, and everything was gone. The Council did not notice at first, for the rebels stayed underground, doing little things that just seemed like random crimes, but even random crimes need attention and thus a ‘police force’ was set up. They were a collection of those who still loved the council and those most loyal; they were trained and formed into the perfect force to stop anything and everything that was going on in the city. The Rhene felt the need to step up their game, and began recruiting new blood to mix with the old.

Here are the definitions and some intructions on making for you kind eyes. Be sure to read through these , as it can be easy to make a mistake in such a precise rp.

The Rhene

A rebellion group that wants to over throw the Council. They believe the world can be turned around and saved from the imminent destruction that will happen if the council continues to stay in control. They consist of magitechs known as Angels and Magixs, they don’t use robots as the think they are part of the problem.

The Angels
Example -{x}

Angels are those who mix magic with technology, they are the rebellions equivalent of Demons. Unlike Demons they wear lighter colours, nonetheless retaining a neon secondary colour. In the example the colours are White with a neon pink secondary. The title of an angel is chosen as they are made; the first part in the example ‘Blur’ is based off the M.type or Main type. There are 4 main types:

Attack
Defence
Support
Speed

The M.type affects many things, but most of all Armour. An attack type has Armour on Arms, Legs and face; they can also have armour on any other part of the body. A defence type is almost completely covered in armour. A Support type has armour on their torso and arms mainly with small parts on their legs. A speed type has armour on their legs and hands and can have armour on their torso and head.

After an M.Type has been picked, for examples sake Speed, as S.Type (Sub-Type) must be chosen. Some things go naturally together, for example:

Attack/Speed
Support/Speed

After choosing the S.type, you can finally decide on where you want to place your armour in relation to the types you have chosen. Ina is a speed/support and I choose to place her armour mainly based on speed, on her lower arms, lower legs, back of torso, and face. From this we can also get the first part of the title. Ina is a speed type so I picked Blur. This also directly relates to how they attack in battles and the skills they use. She uses distortion techniques so Blur is perfect for her.
The next part of the title is what entity is chosen that makes up the design and also affects skills. It can be anything from a bunny to a more powerful thing like Ifrit or Medusa. Choosing this can be as complicated or simple as you like, it affects things as much as you like.

The next part of the title is what the design of the outfit and colours will be based off. It can be anything you want, from jelly fish to candle sticks but it has to be reflected in your angels. Ina’s design used a ballerina for outfit and colours that can be seen easily.

Ina’s title is – Blur valkyrei ballerina. Blue because she is a speed type, Valkyrei is her entity and design base and Ballerina is her outfit and colours.

All angels have at least one neon colour on their body, and wear lighter colours


Magics
Example-{x}
Humans/others that can use magixs, they don’t use technology on the principle that it has destroyed the world, and chose to focus on the study of their magixs. They range from normal humans to those who have made bargains with dying demons, though the later is frowned upon of course by the rest of the world. They can use a wide range of magixs, and utterly depend on what they specialise in.

These require less thought to create. Just try to keep everything unique.

The council.

The council rule the city and give out all orders. Many people frown up on what they do but with out them the world probably would have collapsed a long time ago. They run the police and all forms of order and like everything to be tight with no problems at all. The council are currently having a lot of problems with the rheme

Demons.

Example - {x}

Demons are those who mix magic with technology, they are the Councils equivalent of Angels. Unlike Angels they wear darker colours but still with a neon secondary colour, In the example the colours are Red with a neon yellow secondary. The title of an Demon is chosen as they are made, The first part in the example ‘Blur’ is based off their M.type or Main type. There are 4 main types:

Demons act as the councils police and are a force not to be toyed with

Robots

Robots, made of pure metal and created to riot control and beat people up. They are larger than the average human and run on different types of energy and power. Like Angels and demons they come in the four types, and are made in a similar way.
Pick the M.type


Attack – Sleek but well built in a particular place like arms or legs. This affects where they attack from mainly
Defence-Bulky and the biggest type, built for taking hits and living through them
Support- Smaller than defence but still well built, they often have extra carrying units to help them
Speed- Small and sleek , they zip around.

After picking the m.type pick the s.type , combining these two lets you see what kind of robot you are looking to make. Colours on a robot are normally dark greys with a brighter showing through in the cracks and veins of the metal. This is the colour of their core which represents the element and main type of attack.

Helper bots.

Magictechs and robots who just help out around the house as servants and medics. The are programmed to do exactly what they are told and are loyal to their owns. They will attack if their owner is in danger but this does not happen very often. Rumours have occurred of a virus sweeping through them and giving them thoughts and opinions.

Cyborgs
Humans who have had limbs replaced by robotic parts. This can be through choice or because they were lost in an accident. They still live in society as a normal person and often succeed at their jobs, if they suite the limbs, better than normal people. Many people have chosen to have their limbs to change since they can get ahead so much easier, some apparently have hidden agendas...underground dirty clubs.

Rules and Regulations

1) Follow general GTS rules, dur.

2) Only one character per person. OSCs or NPCs labeled for your use and abuse will be specifically indicated.

3) No god-modding, mini-modding, bunnying, being immortal, or undefeatable. Without permission, of course.

4) A minimum of 2 paragraphs of decent stuff is necessary per post.

5) Pay attention to what other RPers are doing! Try to follow the given plot, and READ the posts above you! It is very obvious to us that you have not been paying attention to other people when you try and talk to a civilian that was killed 4 posts above.

6) Write with decent grammar and in third person. Typos here and there are okay, sometimes spellcheck fks with words you spelled right. Chatspeak is unacceptable.

7) PG-13, guys. Monitor your swearing; don’t go all gory on us. And nothing sexual, please. Romance, fine.

8) Breakage of rules may result in instaban, depending of the severity of the breakage.

Yes, we use the strike system, too. Yes, it’s still three strikes you’re out. Yes, sometimes we give out 2 strikes for really bad rule breakage. Yes, sometimes we even give out 3 strikes and once, resulting in instaban. Yes, we do remove strikes if the problem is remedied properly. And yes, I’m saying we because Connie is the co-conspirator of this RP. Yay.

Character Codes

CODE

[b]Name[/b]: Can be exotic or plain, nonetheless, please include first and last names.  Nicknames and middle names optional.
[b]Gender[/b]: Yeah.  Important stuff.
[b]Age[/b]: Please be reasonable with this.  Your character will require maturity as well as free physical movement.  In other words, use your own judgment for not too young not too old.  The species in question ages a bit slower than humans, and thus for them puberty hits at age 20 and adulthood around 35.  One is considered a senior citizen at age 100, and most die around age 130.

[b]Powers and Abilities[/b]: All characters are permitted up to 3 special abilities.  These can come in the form of magic or enhanced technological surgery.  Powers cannot overlap too much.  Angels mix their powers with the technology they use, like a gun with an ice affinity.  Please utilize the definition post for more information.

[b]Personality[/b]: This is a vital part of every application.  Details are necessary.  Should be about 200 words or more.  Try and include things like common traits, are they optimistic or pessimistic?  Preferences, pet peeves, nature, etc.  A character’s personality must also match their faction.  A renegade would definitely not be working for the city, and a goody two shoes wouldn’t work for the rebellion.  Common sense, guys.

FFFFt but nox is my character that lives in a post apocalyptic techno world somewhere else. But fine you can have it, not like i is going to use it or anything. You have such problems with names sometimes, infact everybody does. Kay so no more bryn. YOU CAN HAVE NOX. I'm fine with that i suppose. I could but i have kind of already named mine, it depends on which person i drew i go for.

Am I allowed to ask questions about this roleplay?

Is it battle driven, or plot driven? I ask this because you do spend time talking about armor, so that did confuse me for a moment.

Could you give a possible better description of the support type? People have different ideas of support, so I don't know if you consider support to be healing, or food, or even just a pack mule. All those can be considered support, but I'm wondering if you had a specific idea in mind when you were writing it. Attack, Defense, and Speed I understand.

I think that might be the only questions I have for now. Thank you lots.
