As for me, I hate it when my Pokemon are Confused, Infatuated and Paralyzed.
God, don't even get me started on Infatuation.  Cleeefffaaairryyy!

Sleep. If you don't have any status healing items with you, you're screwed. At least, until your Pokemon wakes up. It's even more difficult with wi-fi battles as you're not allowed to use items at all. Unless you've got a Poke with Aromatherapy or something. :/

Confusion merely because it's so common. Infatuation is rare but wen it hits you it hit HARD. Poison is kind of annoying too, but it's alright.

ALL OF THEM!!!
But most of all, poison and confusion annoys the *bleep* out of me!!! I play Pokemon XD usually and I always run into problems with poison and confusion. When a pokemon uses Sludge Bomb it's like it ALWAYS poisons my pokemon. And other times when a pokemon uses Confuse Ray against me, I'll use the Yellow Flute to snap them out of confusion, only to have them put BACK into confusion. The AI cheats that way. -------------------- |

Oh, all of them irritate me. >=/ But I think I'd have to say paralysis annoys me most of all.
Having your speed cut and that chance of not attacking... Gets me every time. |

Confusion and sleep.. because they're what I bump into the most. Poison, too, but I can then still attack and get the battle over and done with, then heal.
In fact, I'll just say confusion. It's a complete pain. And sod's law features heavily with it, of course. Paralysis is okay.. well, prevents other status changes at least D; None of them are fantastic though, hur. -------------------- |

Poison is the worst bother for me mainly because all my Pokemon seem to always want to be afflicted with it. Infatuation is the other status problem that's a pain because it seems to always prevent me from attacking.

Confusion/Paralysis is the most annoying thing

I don't mind birn and poison mainly because of the fact that it's consistant. I KNOW it'll hurt my poke, but confusion...

Personally, I think the most annoying status in the entire world is paralysis. It is the most annoying because 25% of the time, you can't even attack. I am totally fine with the whole speed drop that comes with paralysis, but there is no way you can "snap out of it" like confusion. I personally don't think getting poisoned is that bad, getting burned is worse.
