.::Rules::.
1. Be Patient I'll get to it, I just might not be especially quick sometimes. Please don't rush me.
2. Credit Please If you use art I've made for you somewhere credit me. I spend my time on these and would like to be acknowledged for it. Also, do not take art that is not yours. Seriously, don't do it.
3. Forms Yes? The forms are there for a reason, please use them. If you don't use the form, unless I'm in a very good mood, I will turn down your order.
4. Please Use English I'd rather not have to translate your posts to be able to understand what you want. It's really in your best interests for me to know what I'm supposed to be doing, so use plain English.
5. I Don't Usually Bite Don't be afraid to ask me to correct something, or to give constructive criticism. I always want to correct my mistakes.
6. I'll Try Just About Anything Some things I might not be comfortable doing, due to the program I'm using, but it never hurts to ask!
7. I ask lots of Questions This isn't so much a rule as a warning. If I don't understand something, I ask. And if I still don't, I ask again. Be patient with me. ^^;;
8. Check my Slots If they do not say OPEN then I will not take your order. It's not that I don't like you or that I don't want to do your order, it's that I don't want to over work myself.

General info:

Gender: Female
Age: Teen
Hair: Long, and Light blue
Eyes: Blue
Personality: Serene
Color scheme: Pretty much the shiny Flygon, except the green is white instead.

Outfit:

She has a pair of orange goggles on her head. For this image, put the goggles above her eyes, so her eyes are visible. Around her neck, she wears a scarf. The scarf is blue and white striped, and at the long end of the scarf is a Flygon tail thingy at the end. She wears a pair of long, knuckle-cut gloves. The gloves is almost full arm length, and it at least is longer that the length to the elbow. The gloves are white in color. For her top, she wears a white tank, and a white vest. Her tank shows some of her cleavage. The vest is white in color, and it is outline in orange. She wears a pair of white shorts, and a small bag is to the right of waist. For her feet, she wears a pair of light blue boots. She wears white socks that are slight longer than her knee.

Flygon
Flygon is the "main star" of the team, and it's in this color scheme:


Glaceon
Glaceon also has a certain color scheme as well, mainly pink to almost white, and is generally calm in nature:

Extra: If I've gone over your limit, it's fine to limit the drawing to just the Flygon and Sakura.

Extra: Other than Amphy's eyes being blue, nothing really. But it depends on the sprite you use as a base, I suppose, so it might not even matter....

Erm, no not really....But yes, I would like her to be a Gijinka, a Teddiursa in fact, if you don't mind, but then again, if you want to just leave her as a human, that doesn't matter either. But Amphy HAS to be a Gijinka if you don't mind.

Hmm, so if she was to be gijinka'd what should be done? Like add Teddiursa ears/tail? And would you want those colored blonde like her hair?

Reference: Can you put a black hoodie on her, and add a small silver necklace with a blue sapphire on the end? (The hood is hanging in the back, not on her head.) Also, the jeans could use better shading, if you will give it a go.

Extra: If you can draw it, there's often a messenger bag or backpack at her feet. But if it doesn't turn out well, just forget about it.

Reference: Basically, I want a couple sprite of my OC and Giovanni. The girl, Fyodora, looks like this. I know it doesn't show the lower half of her body, but I don't think you really need a reference for that anyways, since she's just wearing normal dress pants and some brown shoes. Oh, and could you have Giovanni dressed like he is in the anime, with that tacky orange suit of his? xP (I hope that made any sense. I tend to over complicate things when I try to explain them. xD)
