Bite (will keep until I get a better move)
Mega Punch (good for quick damage)
Water Gun ( to be replaced with Surf)
Rest (Everyone needs to heal up once in a while)

Forrest- Level 38 Nidoking (Nidoking =always male)
Thrash (Never to be gotten rid of)
Water Pulse (I don't know how it did, but it was able to learn it)
Dig (meh)
Brick Break (good move)

Sparky- Level 38 Female Raichu
Thunderbolt (one-hit KO for team Rocket)
Slam (pretty good)
Mega kick (quick damage)
Shock Wave (good to use on birds)

Durro- Level 38 Male Dugtrio
Dig (of course)
Aerial Ace (lol Durro is ground type)
Cut (ok)
Rock Tomb (it's ok)

Luki- Level 37 Male Flareon
Hyper Beam (I taught him that when he was an Eevee because he was weak)
Dig (again, ok move)
Bite (He learned it and I was like "ok")
Fire Spin (his only Fire move so far)

Koryana- Level 27 Female Fearow
HM slave for Fly
Growl

Radish- Level 13 Female Oddish

Decent team, but you should have gotten a Sandslash or Rhydon instead of Nidoking, you should've never gotten Raichu but instead waited for Electabuzz. Other than that, pretty good moves, although...You'll need to level up Flareon a bit.

Yeah, I'd say so too.
If I were you, I'd take a serious training session. Not that your team is under leveled, but I think a team with way higher level than the area around if a really good one. )XD

Oh, and did I mention that you have two Ground types? *facepalm* Nidoking is usable, but...Dugtrio? Just, no. Heck, swap it out it for the Kababra you said you were gonna use but didn't, and Arcanine is a much better alternative to Flareon. As you know who I am (and a close friend) you shouldn't take this for granted and say it's completely fine. Keep Flareon and Raichu if you want, but swap out Dugtrio for Kadabra. If you had:

Blastoise
Electabuzz
Nidoking
Kadabra
Arcanine
Fearow

I'd give it a 7-8 ish. If it was the way you keep it, 4/10.

Update:

Now I'm using a male Fearow named Koryon.
My Pokemon are in the 40's.
I will train to around 50 before going against the elite four.
Blastoise now knows hydro cannon.
Flareon knows Flamethrower and the TM that the cinnabar gym leader gives you.
Fearow has steel wing and drill peck.
Dugtrio hasn't changed much, and now I only use him as a Cut slave and in few battles.
Raichu is holding Quick Claw, due to it being the slowest member of my team.
Nidoking is a little stronger, but his moves haven't changed much.
I will be updating the first post when I go to take on the elite four.
