When I first got the Mystery Box, it did that too. I got 4 Meltan eggs. I remembered at least on the first one I hatched that it stated I got 3 Meltan Candy but didn't pay attention for the other three however, when I released them, I got a mention that I just got 1 Meltan Candy for each of them. Yet in my inventory, it was stated that I had 0 of them. This morning, I hatched six of them.

I did notice that I somehow got 6 fire shards, despite not remembering hatching shiny fire Pokemon in a very long time and this of course prevents me from making a plate. Figured I'd mention it while I'm here.

For some reason you had an extra copy of Meltan Candy which is why it was displaying 0, but I see your main one does say you have 38. I deleted the extra one so now you should be OK.
I also deleted your 6th Flame Shard.
Not sure why that sometimes happens, sorry about that.
