whats the best way i can get legendaries.
There are 13 summonable Legendaries; to get these, you must find their Summoning Item, use it, and then find the resulting egg in the Lab. (You could also get very lucky and find an egg someone else summoned, but that's kind of unlikely. I wouldn't count on it.)
There are also a handful of Legendaries that are technically not obtainable yet through normal means. For these, you have to get a Legend Voucher or Legend Voucher Plus and use it to get their egg. I think there are currently 10 of these, but I may have counted wrong. The number is rapidly dwindling as previously-unobtainable Legendaries gradually get their own Explorations (see below).
For all the other Legendaries, you have to complete Explorations. Deoxys is available through a Normal Exploration that only appears during Aurora weather (but which can be continued on afterwards indefinitely), and the rest are only available through Special Explorations. There are two to three Special Explorations released per month; usually no more than one is new, and the rest are re-releases of older Special Explorations. You must complete a Special Exploration before the end of the month, or else it'll be automatically ended.
