Global PokédeX Plus Forums _ Questions and Help _ Possible Error with Profile Banner?

I thought I used to have a Donor banner, but I recently noticed that my banner was set to the default banner. I was pretty sure I had a Donor banner (possibly Blissey?) in the past, but I can't access any of the Donor banners (I thought I used to be able to). Is there any way to check my Donor status/get the old banners back if I had it?

Edit: I found the credit log and it said I bought 10 credits a long time ago, so I think I did have the Donor role. Is there any reason I got changed to Member?
