How do they work? Do they get tutored, or do you just get the poke knowing it?
For example, could a NYC PC move be used legally in conjunction with an egg move, or not? -------------------- |

No egg moves. The NYPC downloaded an egg to your cartridge. It hatches with 2 special moves. The trainer is the OT and the Pokemon will hatch with the trainers name and Trainer #, not NYPC's.
