I took this from the Pokemon topic at FEFF, Slit came up with it:
"Official rules: Winner is determined by best two out of three. You may change pokemon between players, but not after the first round of any match. No two of the same item No two of the same pokemon No Spore/DoubleTeam/Minimize Ban List: Dragonite Mewtwo Mew Tyranitar Lugia Ho-oh Celebi Salamence Metagross Latias Latios Kyogre Groudon Rayquaza Jirachi Deoxys (all forms) Dialga Palkia Heatran Giratina Cresselia Manaphy (Phione is fine though) Darkrai Shaymin Arceus" I disagreed with banning Base 600s at first, but it really does make it more fair. -------------------- Porygon-Z ish mine |
