I like Articuno the most with Zapdos coming in second. While Fire is my favourite type, Molters doesn't really appeal to me that much (infront of Charizard).

Also, Pryce0Koga, you shouldn't hotlink off the Bulbapedia Archives. I suggest you remove those images.

I'm a fan of Zapdos only because that one's the easiest to get to - no stone-moving puzzles, no trainers, just walk in, repel or fight the random battles, grab him, and go. (Well, grab him after however many tries it takes, obviously.)

Hmmm. Well, I like all three, but Zapdos is so completely inorganic as a design that I can't choose it. Between Articuno and Moltres, I would probably have to go with Articuno, purely because it looks the most feasible as a creature. Flame-feathers? No thanks. Sure, you can make your own thermals, but I never was fond of its beak or its color scheme.

Um, Articuno gets STAB and x2 on Zapdos, so they're dead even. Zapdos gets an easy STAB and x2 on both, and Moltres gets STAB and x2 on Articuno. It works circularly; it just so happens that Zapdos's typing works in its favor.

The fenix looking Moltres <3, because Articuno's overrated and Zapdos looks kinda inorganic to me XD, plus, fire's my fave type~ (even tho, I would always train Articuno, since I always choose Charizard as a started and train a Raichu xD, so yeah)

This one's tough, I really like birds and thus, I liked the overall bird legend trio. But if I had to choose I would go with Articuno: Numer Uno, Zapdos: Numero Dos and Moltres: as Numero Tres.

Articuno, I like how there are so few straight lines in its design were as Zapdos is all straight lines and Moltres flames make its actual body shape sort vague which I don't like.

Articuno all the way I liked it as soon as I first saw it and wanted it even before I knew it was legendary. I finally got one from egg voucher I got from achievement. Moltres is 2nd which I got from February event it was best one given out that month.

For aesthetics, I like Articuno. It's just a very pretty bird. In-game I tend to lean towards training fire types, so Moltres is the only one that got any actual battling under its belt.

My Zapdos figure is the only one of the three that will actually stand up on its own, though. The other two just sort of...flop over, but Zapdos is a sturdy little hunk of plastic. The three of them are sitting next to my Commissioner Gordon and GCPD officers. </nerd>

I guess that's why it's uno, dos, tres 'cause even the creators knew the correct order Articuno Zapdos Moltres

plus in good old generation one articuno was super effective against zapdos and moltres but I still like articuno regardless of weaknesses and stuff

Articuno hands down. Nintendo seemed to put a lot of thought into its design and made it look beautiful.

Zapdos. It can hit the other birds for a super-effective hit. Articuna can only hit Zapdos for super_effective damge and Moltres can only hit Articuno for super-efffective damage.

Reasons why I don't like the others:
1.The Bird that's on FIRE and no one CARES.
2.I've never seen a bird that goes NORTH for SUMMER..
I just plain don't like both of them really....

I've always liked the trio as a whole, but I'd have to choose Zapdos. Mine's gone with me since I first got my Firered all the way to white, and it's by far my best and favorite. Moltress comes in a close second since, while I don't use it often, it's the first legendary I caught and has also been with me all those years. Articuno pretty graceful and cool-looking as well, but it doesn't hold quite as special a place for me.

I kinda like Zapdos the most because it's usually the one that I take the least amount of time to catch, so it's the least frustrating. XD But all of the birds are awesome, really.

That's an extremely difficult decision...the Legendary Bird trio is the only trio where I think they're all pretty equally awesome and can't really choose a fave.

I want to say Articuno though. I like its design the best. But then, I also want to say Zapdos, since it was the first bird I ever caught in-game.

Zapdos because it's super effective on all of them and it has high Special Attack, base 125 Special Attack but then for gen 1, it had base 107 Special because it has base 90 Special Defense. Then I found out Articuno was also super effective against Moltres in the same way Zapdos was. Zapdos is the fastest out of all the 3 legendary Pokemon with base 100 Speed. I'm wondering if it's possible to gain perfect DVs on this Pokemon, then train it to have 65,535 EVs as the way it worked in gen 1 and gen 2.

Admittedly, as a kid playing FireRed, my first game, for the first time, I loved Articuno. Maybe because it was the only one out of the three that actually cooperated with me and got caught, plus I kinda killed the other two...
And because I had no idea it was a good idea to save before fighting them, I couldn't try to catch the others again.
Now, however, I really like Zapdos. It's design looks really cool, it's the best out of the three in my opinion, and it's very powerful.

out of yellow, red and blue version i would seriously go with Zapdos. He was a hard one to catch but yet again he was the best i could ever get after all when going to Seafoam island and victory road for the other two i never was seriously able to catch them.
