I saw the Ghost in the Shell movie two days ago. Visually, it was impressive but it was kind of lacking in the story department for me. The plot of the adaptation was a lot more in-your-face than the original movie's.

the last movie i saw in theaters was moana. gorgeous movie. 10/10

last movie i watched in general was the thinning on youtube red. it was interesting and pretty good, although some of the finer aspects of movie making were slightly wonky imo (as was expected). i think i watched it twice, actually. i am a sucker for distopian futures with high-school aged characters.

Finally got around to watching Zootopia. It's just such a great movie with such likeable characters.

Went and saw Dunkirk today in theaters. 10000/10, tbh. It was stunning and edited in such a clever way. My anxiety was through the roof the entire time, though. The music and situations combined really keep you on edge. Still, would definitely go back and watch it again.

Also, like. Cillian Murphy. <3 Nice.

FAVOURITE

Went to see 'Despicable Me 3' in the cinema last Friday. It didn't disappoint!
If you've seen any of the others, then i'd definitely recommend watching this one. Great film imbued with plenty of humour, enough romance and a decent amount of action. The storyline is as brilliant as the rest. An all round 10/10 and another one to be added to my wish list grin.gif
