I highly doubt it's a glitch but then again, there has been serious shiny luck lately with everyone.

Shininess is determined when the egg is laid, not when you hatch it, so even if it were a glitch, it has nothing to do with you so there's no way you would get banned at all.
The odds are overwhelmingly likely that you just got really lucky. --------------------  |
