That's actually hard to say. The first few anime I've ever seen, or actually remember seeing, I saw at about the same time. Cardcaptors, Sailor Moon, and Pokemon happened all in the same few years of my life, then came Digimon a bit later, then Yu-Gi-Oh (never really got into it). The first anime I legitly KNEW was anime was probably Naruto on Cartoon Network. Then Fullmetal Alchemist a bit later.

I think mine was probably Pokemon. Although, I could never call myself a 'fan' back then. Then it would have to be Digimon.
I got into watching anime properly more recently though, and I guess you could my first actual watch of an anime was Hetalia, then Death Note. --------------------  |

Sailor Moon, DBZ, Card Captor Sakuram, Yu-Gi-Oh (the original, not this new shitty GX) Beyblade (if it can be counted as one..?) and Digimon. Didn't really start watching Pokémon reliably until I was around 10 or 11 lol.

The first anime I saw was Pokemon, but I didn't know it was an anime. The first anime I watched KNOWING it was an anime was Tokyo Mew Mew. It was adorable.
