Why is this not here? I've noticed so many users who like RWBY on here, so I think a place should be made to sit and talk about the show!
Episode 8 was awesome! As much of an overall fan of Rooster Teeth as I am, I was skeptical of it at first due to how much they were pushing it, but so far I'm loving the series. It's easily their next Red vs Blue in terms of how much of an online success it is. I mean, it's hard for them to go wrong with Monty's brilliant fight sequence animations and writing by Mile and Kerry (with Miles doing the current season of RvB, which is great so far).
I'm also really digging the soundtrack, I think I'm gonna get it once the season's done. The intro theme's great, same with the I Burn club medley from Yang's trailer and From Shadows from Blake's trailer. Speaking of Yang, apparently Barbara's doing a meetup here in my city tomorrow night. I'm torn between really wanting to go and not wanting to after I went to a recent nerd culture-related meetup that turned out to be highly disappointing. :\ -------------------- [align=center]

Nah, part of why I don't want to go is because with the industry I'm trying to get in, I'm bound to encounter people from Rooster Teeth at another point in my lifetime. Ruby's my favorite, with Jaune in a close second. Both are the awkward type, but I have a crush on Ruby because she's the cutest, most badass otaku you'll ever met! :P
