Yes, I know this team may have many flaws but don't be too harsh, I'm a noob after all. So, without further ado:
==Team Needs A Name== This team follows these clauses: Sleep Clause - No two Pokemon may be asleep at the same time. Species Clause - You may not have 2 Pokemon of the same species on a single team. OHKO Clause - OHKO moves such as Fissure or Guillotine are not allowed. Evasion Clause - Sand Attack, Double Team, or any move that lowers accuracy is not allowed. Soul Dew Clause - No Pokemon may hold the item Soul Dew. Derek the Electrode Electrode @ Lum berry Nature: Hasty Ability: Soundproof 46 HP/40 Atk/172 Spd/252 Sp.Atk - Explosion - Hidden power grass - Taunt - Thunderbolt Electrode is designed to kill a lot of the popular leads in the OU metagame. It taunts my opponent, as I Ev’d it’s speed to be exactly 2 above 130 base speeds, saving me Ev’s to make it even more bulky. Usually Swampert / Rhyperior and other ground/rock pokemon switch into Electrode, to combat this, I added in Hidden Power Grass. When he's going to die, as I am faster than the opponent, and I attempt to Explode. If they have a priority move I have a chane of survival due to my raised HP. Vs popular OU leads (click to show ) Brian the Tentacruel Tentacruel @ Leftovers Ability: Liquid Ooze Nature: Calm 252 HP/120 Spd/136 Sp.Def - Toxic Spikes - Rapid Spin - Hidden Power Ground - Surf I used HP ground instead of the standard HP electric to kill other Tentacruels and because a few of my pokemon already have electric moves so I think it was a good choice to spread the synergy. Sebastian the Ninjask Ninjask @ Focus Sash Ability: Speed Boost Nature: Jolly 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd - Baton Pass - Swords Dance - X-Scissor - Sunny Day I wanted a baton passer but using a standard Ninjask sounded boring, so I went with this. Ninjask can pass a +2 Atk and a +1 Spd boost and a +4Atk and +2 Spd if I'm lucky. If the opponent predicts a sub and uses a non-damaging move I can pull off two swords dances. Sunny day prevents weather conditions breaking my Sash as well as powering up my next member's overheat. Mike the infernape Infernape @ Life Orb Ability: Blaze Nature: Hasty 252 Atk/192 Spd/64 Sp.Atk - Close Combat - Overheat - Stone Edge - U-turn This Infernape is a carbon copy of the "Physically Based MixApe" from smogon, it sweeps and what not. He's also the one that Ninjask passes to the most out of my two physical attackers. Not much else to it. Oh yeah, and he can easily beat a WEAVILE because I read the rules. Gilleathain the Gengar Gengar @ Choice Scarf Ability: Levitate Nature: Modest 4 HP/252 Spd/252 Sp.Atk - Focus Blast - Shadow Ball - Thunder Bolt - Trick Oh, I love this guy. When I predict an EQ(Or any move that Gengar is immune to, it's just that EQ is the most common Vs an Infernape.) I switch in on it and proceed to kill them, He outspeeds most(As if that isn't obvious.) so he shouldn't have time pulling this off. Trick's there to lock them into something that doesn't do much to my guys that are left should Gengar die to whatever he's fighting. Barnaby the Mamoswine Mamoswine @ Life orb Ability: Snow Cloak Nature: Adamant 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Def - Earthquake - Ice Fang - Stone Edge - Superpower This guy is here as a secondary physical attacker Just in case There's something Infernape can't handle, and for coverage against dragons. What I like about this guy is that the only thing that resists him is Levitate Bronzong which Infernape can then kill. Any suggestions are much appreciated. I may get rid of Tentacruel if anything better comes up as it isn't working out for me very well. I know this team may suck, but that's why I'm posting it, to make it better. |

Your Mamoswine is Modest?!! I hope you only write it wrong...
Well, if you want a water type in you team in Tentacruel place, I suggest a Starmie (Modest) or a Feraligatr (Jolly/Swordsdance or Adamant/DragonDance). If not, put a Tyranitar (Adamant) or a Garchomp (Adamant) for more options for your Ninjask Baton Pass. -------------------- |

Thanks for pointing that out, it's supposed to be adamant. I'll fix it.
Okay, it's fixed. I'll try out the Tyranitar idea. Thanks for the suggestion! |

Give Mamo Rock Slide instead of Stone Edge. What's the point of extra power if it just misses?

It's personal preference. Some people prefer power over accuracy. Rock Slide doesn't have perfect accuracy either.

If you are looking for Bulky Waters in order to replace Tentacruel with, I suggest Milotic, Gyarados, Vaporeon or Suicune.

Electrode, I think should get a life orb, it OKHOs Aero that way, there is less of chance of OKHOing with no LO. Also you might want to consider HP ice since Ice and electric are only resisted by two pokemon, emploen and shedninja. I agree on swampert though. I haveen't really seen swampert much though.
